Groundup Baseball

Aria Gaines is a former collegiate track and field athlete  from the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss). She has trained athletes at all levels including collegiate athletes at every division level as well as professional. She has a USA Weightlifting certification and previous experience coaching  sport performance for athletes from various sport backgrounds.

Aria Manages the logistical components of GroundUpBaseball and serves as a sport performance coach specializing in speed and agility. With Aria's background in collegiate student athlete academic support working formerly at Georgia State University, University of Miami, and University of West Georgia she serves as a vital role in GroundUpAthletics to aid in development for athletes transitioning to collegiate sport.
